Artem Starosiek is the Founder and CEO of Intelligence Firm Molfar, established in 2019. The company specialises in due diligence, background checks, and pre-deal investigations, supporting businesses, legal teams, and financial institutions with intelligence and risk analysis.

He is also the founder of the Molfar Intelligence Institute — an analytical institute specialising in intelligence, OSINT analysis, digital security, and strategic communications. Its mission is to strengthen, unite, and train a new generation of professionals for Ukraine’s intelligence sector and private industry by investigating missile strikes, supporting sanction policy against Russia, helping to return abducted Ukrainian children, and training government, military, and business representatives in OSINT, HUMINT, and digital investigations. The Molfar Intelligence Institute has built a community of 100,000+ engaged followers.

Artem is also the owner of AIN.UA, Ukraine’s longest-running and most prominent media outlet focused on IT, business, and technology.

He graduated from the “Values and Society” program at The Aspen Institute Kyiv, the XVII program of the Ukrainian School of Political Studies, and the Strategic Architect School at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. In addition, he serves on the board of Techosystem, a national tech ecosystem that supports Ukrainian innovation and resilience.
