Seb Coles is Head of Application Security at LRQA, his role is to partner with engineering and technology function to embed security throughout the SDLC to create secure and resilient systems. Previously, Seb was a Senior Engineering Manager at ClearBank where he took ClearBank to the Computing 2023 Awards to earn Highly Commended for the Best DevSecOps Implementation. Seb is an engineer by trade and loves working with engineering teams to create great products that keep customer data safe. Seb is also practised in leadership and organisational change, which he contributes to his success in building high impact transformation programmes.
